Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly and customer-centric approach. Order Processing: Assist customers with product orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of transactions. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with various departments to provide effective solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Colvos Construction's services and offerings to provide customers with accurate information and promote additional services. Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Essential Qualifications Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor are essential for success in this role. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both in person and in writing. Problem-Solving Skills The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience is critical. You should be proactive, resourceful, and able to think critically in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity. Adaptability Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs is essential. You should be flexible, able to adjust to new situations, and committed to ongoing learning and development. Computer Proficiency Comfortable using CRM software and navigating various computer systems is necessary. Availability Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and evenings, is required. You should be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
