They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Collections team, where the role involves resolving account-related inquiries and managing collection accounts while adhering to legal requirements and company policies. Responsibilities Manage and work assigned collection accounts using internal systems, including initiating outbound calls, responding to inquiries, sending correspondence, and updating account information Handle inbound calls and consumer requests professionally while maintaining accurate notes and account statuses until resolution or escalation Support team operations by meeting scheduling expectations, assisting with training new employees, and performing other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or equivalent 1 – 3 years related experience and/or training Equivalent combination of education and experience Computer and keyboarding skills Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations Situation analysis and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new computer systems Ability to sit for long periods of time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid Time Off - Holidays, Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time!
