Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to address applicant queries. Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and resolve applicant questions efficiently. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs. Show strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. Stay knowledgeable about our application programs to offer top-notch support to applicants. Identify areas for improvement in workflows and propose solutions to enhance our customer service experience. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication, both orally and in writing. Technical savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Strong ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude. Capacity to handle a high volume of interactions across phone, email, and chat channels. High level of organization and attention to detail. U.S. work authorization. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities, with a preference for English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule.
