Key Responsibilities Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products or services through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online interactions. Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide timely and effective resolutions. Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers, listening attentively to their needs and concerns. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to agreed-upon procedures. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings. Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, ensuring that customers receive the information they need. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma, with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work. The ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to quickly respond to changing circumstances and requirements. A patient and professional demeanor, maintaining a pleasant tone and manner in all customer interactions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
