We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at FlexPoint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and successful transition onto our platform. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success with our software. This position is a remote role, and the applicant should be based the U.S. Responsibilities • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, including gathering necessary information, configuring accounts, and guiding customers through the setup of our software platform. • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our customers by serving as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process. Address any inquiries or issues they may have and provide timely and accurate information to ensure a positive experience. • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to our customers on how to utilize our software platform effectively. Offer guidance on best practices and troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges they encounter. • Documentation and System Updates: Continuously update our software systems and internal knowledge base with the latest updates to the onboarding process and customer notes. Ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of onboarding strategies and initiatives tailored to business customers. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance the customer onboarding experience and drive overall customer satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • Early stage startup experience required • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer onboarding, or related role, preferably in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with business customers at all levels. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of B2B payments processes and financial products is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot. • High level of excellence in your work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
