CRO / CRM Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced CRM & CRO Consultant with a strong e-commerce focus. The goal is to systematically increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value through data-driven optimization. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across the shop, checkout, and landing pages • Drive continuous conversion rate optimization across the full funnel • Build and refine CRM strategies for e-commerce businesses • Create and optimize email & newsletter flows (e.g. welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation) • Smart segmentation: send the right message, to the right person, at the right time • Develop long-term CRO & CRM concepts, not just isolated quick wins Requirements • Proven experience in CRO & CRM for e-commerce projects • Strong analytical mindset with a structured testing approach • Deep understanding of customer journeys, retention, and LTV • Hands-on experience with common tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, GA4, VWO, Optimizely, or similar) • Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias Apply tot his job
