You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts. * Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Primary Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree is required. * Perfect candidates should have 1 to 3 years of success enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries. * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process. * Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored. * Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and be very enthusiastic about success and winning. * Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. * At ease with complex financial data.
