CRE Research Analyst (US/Canada Only) – Property Ownership & Market Data Job Overview: I am a Commercial Real Estate Agent in the United States looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst based in the United States or Canada. Your primary role will be "deep-dive" ownership research and database management to support brokerage operations in the Texas market. This is a remote, part-time position (8–15 hours per week) with a focus on data accuracy and meeting weekly lead-generation goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ownership Skip-Tracing: Identify "True Owners" behind LLCs and entities using public records and CRE tools. - Lead Generation: Build weekly lists including owner names, verified phone numbers, websites, and LinkedIn profiles. - Market Tracking: Search for and log sale comparables (Sold and On-Market) to assist in valuation. - Platform Management: Utilize Reonomy, CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi, as well as LinkedIn and Google. - Reporting: Draft preliminary reports/briefs for Broker review to be used in client proposals. - Weekly Goals: Consistently log a target number of new properties and verified contacts each week. Requirements: - Location: Must be located in the United States or Canada. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (clean data entry is a must). - Research Skills: Ability to navigate appraisal district websites and Secretary of State records. - Industry Interest: Background in CRE research is preferred; a strong desire to learn the Texas commercial landscape is required. - Reliability: Must be able to work independently and meet a standing weekly deadline for new data delivery. Project Details: Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Hours: 8–15 hours per week. Duration: Ongoing, long-term relationship preferred.
