Key Responsibilities The Contract Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Typing information from handwritten documents, phone calls, or recordings into a computer system with high accuracy and speed. Scanning documents and entering data into an online database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Recording data from patients or clients directly into the online system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of computerized records systems, verifying data by comparing source documents, and updating existing data as necessary. Performing administrative tasks similar to those of an administrative assistant, such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and greeting patients or visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Data Management and Integrity The successful candidate will have a strong focus on data integrity, ensuring that all information entered into our systems is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This will involve: Verifying data by comparing source documents to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors. Updating existing data to reflect changes or new information, maintaining the integrity of our records systems. Maintaining organized files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. Administrative Support In addition to data entry and management responsibilities, the Contract Data Entry Assistant may also be required to perform a range of administrative tasks, including: Answering phone calls, responding to queries, and providing information to patients, clients, or team members in a professional and courteous manner. Sorting and distributing mail, packages, and other materials, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct recipient in a timely manner. Greeting patients, visitors, or clients, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals interacting with blithequark. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: Strong typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy. Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software as required. Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
