Job Overview As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our administration functions by performing routine, structured duties under close guidance and following specific instructions. Your primary responsibilities will include producing administration documents, transferring data to forms and records, and retrieving manual order documents from various systems. You will also interface with our Sales and Project Management teams to gather additional data and review workflows for new customer creation. Key Responsibilities: Follow specific instructions to produce administration documents from rough drafts and/or combine data from various source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Retrieve manual order documents from the blithequark empower quotation system for Field Service orders and input the data into blithequark Global Salesforce.com case platform for order entry. Interface with Sales and Project Management teams, as necessary, to gather additional data for Field Service Order entry, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills. Review workflows for new customer creation, gathering additional data from Qlikview or other blithequark systems as required, and input data into blithequark's MDG tool for new customer creation. Maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness, consistently upholding accuracy and precision in all tasks. Qualifications and Desired Characteristics To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in data entry and administration support. Desired characteristics include: High proficiency in utilizing electronic sales tools, including Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal teams. Experience with SAP, demonstrating a strong understanding of administration systems and processes. Detail-oriented individual who maintains accuracy and precision in all tasks, consistently upholding high standards of quality and thoroughness. Essential Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce.com, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Experience with SAP, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Data entry experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
