Responsibilities • Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including weekend deployments of production and OS updates as needed • Prioritize and work on tickets that are opened by automated alerting • Prioritize and work on tickets that are opened by various groups that relate to server, network, and storage issues • Provide level 2 support, including escalated support for problems and issues • Maintain highly available systems in support of contractual SLA's • Develop and maintain automation for server and application build, test and deploy • Configure and deploy monitoring tools and scripts for systems and applications • Remediation of all identified security risk within required compliance timeframes • Administration of users - onboarding and terminating user access, managing user privileges and authentication • Provide effective communication of projects and tasks to the Operations team and request stakeholders • Monitor and Maintain Compute & Storage Systems • Identify, categorize and respond to Network, Security & Compute system events • Participate in Incident Management, Problem and Change Management Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of equivalent experience • AZ-900 certification • 3+ years of experience with Linux and OS Patch Management • 3+ years of Linux and windows administration experience • 2+ years of security best practice experience • 2+ years of experience debugging and problem determination • 2+ years of experience doing software installation/updates • 1+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including services such as Entra, AKS, Frontdoor, WAF, VNET, Firewall, NSG, Container Registry, Load Balancer services • Experience administering an identity solution such as open IAM • Experience with Terraform and GIT or any CI/CD pipeline solution Nice-to-haves • AZ-104, AZ-500 Certification • Open IAM Experience • ITSM/SaaS Experience • Healthcare and/or Financial PHI/PII Data Protection Experience • Knowledge of the regulatory security and compliance requirements (e.g. MARS-E, NIST 800-53) Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job
