We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with their medication and healthcare needs, providing best-in-class service and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and other inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and other inquiries Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy Work Schedule and Requirements This position is fully remote and you will be working from home virtually. You will be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. This position is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You must be able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, with a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Experience working in a customer service or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare environment Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Demonstrated ability to work as a team member Skill and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
