As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to design and maintain cloud systems, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale cloud environments. Responsibilities Learn how Tinder manages and scales cloud infrastructure that supports millions of users Assist in building and automating tools that help monitor, deploy, and maintain cloud-based systems Work on improving system reliability, performance, and security under guidance from senior engineers Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to support development and deployment workflows Participate in team meetings, and code reviews Skills Interest in cloud computing, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (from coursework or personal learning) Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Curiosity about infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform (bonus if you've used them) Company Overview Tinder anonymously finds people nearby that like each other and connects them if they are both interested.
