About the Role We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Intern with a strong foundation in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions Collaborate with licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as needed Participate in peer consultation and case review to ensure best practices and continuous quality improvement Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices Contribute to the growth and development of Insight Therapy Solutions through innovative ideas and feedback Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need: A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling) Current intern license in one of the following areas: CSWI, MFTI, or CPCI Availability to report to our NV office (for CSWI specialization) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with insurance billing and credentialing What We Offer At Insight Therapy Solutions, we're committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that allows our team members to thrive.
