About the position Responsibilities • Assist in developing global technology category management plans to meet enterprise objectives, understand spend profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and complete industry benchmarking analysis. • Help establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand key business strategies, objectives, priorities and opportunities. • Analyze technology spend and supplier performance data to identify sourcing opportunities, drive strategic recommendations, and inform long-term planning. • Prepare presentations and dashboards to communicate insights, track performance, and support executive decision-making. • Support strategic activities across the global category that have major impact on revenue and profitability. • Support RFx and negotiation processes, collaborating with source to contract leads to evaluate proposals, assess total cost of ownership and complete supplier assessments and selection. • Conduct market and industry benchmarking to assess emerging technologies, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business goals. • Partner across SS&BE team to ensure seamless execution of category initiatives, leveraging global scale and enterprise mindset. • Serve as a key contact for Technology category reporting and analytics, translating complex data into strategic insights that drive savings and value creation. • Collaborate with business and the SS&BE Source to Contract team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of contracting activities. • Engage cross-functional partners including global Category teams, Third-Party Lifecycle Management, Finance, General Counsel's Office and Information Security to ensure synchronization of priorities to meet shared goals. Requirements • Highly driven to collaborate with colleagues and business partners globally with a passion for enterprise thinking and partnering across multiple levels. • Excellent communication and presentation, with experience creating dashboards and reports for executive audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from complex datasets and recommend actions to senior stakeholders. • Ability to manage day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic deliverables. • Passion for leveraging technology, analytics and market intelligence to develop insights and recommendations, solve business challenges, improve customer experience, and drive bottom line results. • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and organizational change. • Support across category management team to manage reporting and special projects as needed. Nice-to-haves • Software/ IT Labor category management and/or sourcing experience preferred. • Project management skills: to manage sourcing events, contract renewals, system/ process changes. • Financial acumen experience with standard accounting treatment. • Bachelor's Degree.
