BODYARMOR is looking for a Category Analyst - Bottler (East) to join our team. Responsible for supporting Bottler & Channel specific selling strategies and Retail Execution at BODYARMOR. This role leverages our various knowledge sources and systems to provide robust and fact-based insights that influence decision making with KO Bottler stakeholders, as well as Bottler-Led customers. The ultimate objective of this role is to be a strategic partner to BODYARMOR Bottler Sales by providing the strategic guidance, tools and support they need to overachieve against their sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership and Leadership • Develop insights to be leveraged by bottler partners in a variety of settings, in support of achieving BODYARMOR sales objectives. • Share impactful messaging which captures the latest category trends, analysis & projections. • Own analytics & insights communication during internal and external meetings. • Generate and disseminate weekly / monthly state of the business reporting using syndicated and proprietary insights tools. • Answer ad hoc business questions by using insights tools such as Tableau, Nielsen, Numerator, etc. • Train bottler sales teams on the use of Category Management tools as needed. Category Analytics • Proactively & consistently analyze key performance metrics and identify execution gaps, sub-par performance and category dynamic shifts • Lead monthly scorecard process focusing on latest trends & drivers impacting topline performance. Incorporate a mix of depletion and scans data for situational analysis and insightful call outs, including recommendations for action. • Own and evolve reporting tools & platforms for internal teams to leverage as part of analytical process to glean insights and make recommendations to key external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors degree required • 1-2 years experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights and/or strategy required • Remote-based, residence West of the Mississippi highly preferred • Up to 25% travel by car or plane required (typical travel locations may include Salt Lake City, San Diego, Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City) • Technically proficient in: Tableau, Scan systems, Panel systems, MS Office with an emphasis on Excel • Team player with exceptional leadership, communication and project management qualities • Demonstrated capacity for big picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking and attention to detail • Field sales experience preferred The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
