Our commitment to excellence has made us the number one North American residential cabinet business, and we're now seeking a talented Business Sales Analyst to join our team in a full remote capacity, supporting our Lowe's account. Job Overview As a Business Sales Analyst for Lowe's account, you will play a critical role in developing and executing data analysis and providing insights that drive profitable growth and increase market share for our MasterBrand Cabinets businesses. This collaborative role will work directly with our MBC account team leaders and cross-functional teams, leveraging your data analytics skills to translate business questions into actionable insights and support ongoing data needs. Key Responsibilities Utilize, develop, and implement retail dashboards to provide business insights that support strategies relative to the Lowe's account. Identify opportunities within the existing MasterBrand line to achieve "best practice" scenarios and recommend additions that will result in market share gains. Support VP and Directors with relationships at the Merchant level and beyond through strategic business analysis to create and enhance partnerships across all MBC stock, MTO, PRO, and online businesses at Lowe's. Assist in the development of annual budgets, profitability, and sales action plans; monitor results vs. plan throughout the year and provide data analysis and insights to support adjusting strategy when appropriate. Partner with Lowe's on their objectives, needs, and strategies to create win-win solutions, using analytical skills and expertise to build the MasterBrand business within the channel. Support Category Management with analysis and insights to drive Fact-Based Selling concepts that strengthen existing business and gain new opportunities. Create dashboards and provide analysis for new products, promotions, and trends. Manage and maintain promotional trackers and provide summaries of customer meetings, status on current programs, and outlook on future opportunities. Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics/business intelligence, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in big box retail. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority through data and insights. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, and exposure to Qlik Sense. Exposure to statistics, trend modeling, and predictive modeling. Ability to manage multiple projects and create, communicate, and implement strategies. Desire to drive continuous improvement and be a change agent. Preferred Qualifications Background or experience with lean tools.
