Evolve is the leader in AI-based weapons screening, seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to engage with new prospects and build demand across multiple verticals including healthcare, workplace, and education. The role involves collaborating with account executives to define territory plans, executing outbound campaigns, and contributing to regional revenue goals. Responsibilities Work closely with account executives in your territory to build out a territory prioritization plan Learn about the market landscape & threat climate in your territory, specifically in the K12, Healthcare, and workplaces segments Gain a deep understanding of Evolv’s mission, our Evolv Express & Insights products, and learn how to deliver compelling value proposition per vertical Understand how to identify security pain points and vet prospects for potential fit Own the lead qualification process build relationships with key Account Executives Achieve monthly qualified meetings & sales opportunity generation goals Pipeline management – foster data integrity within Salesforce.com CRM Attend trade shows to engage with prospects and customers Leverage prospecting tools (Sales Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, Hubspot, 6sense, phone calls) to prioritize and engage with a funnel of leads Manage your prospect pipeline to prioritize engaged end users in target ICPs Have meaningful, engaging conversations about prospect's security concerns that compel the prospect to take the next step with Evolv Deliver highly qualified, end user opportunities to the region per month according to our qualification criteria Become an expert at Salesforce and other productivity & enablement technology as it relates to the sales development, while sharpening your skills around prospect research, campaign design, cadence building, lead engagement tracking, and pipeline management Drive demand in key verticals as per our 2025 go to market plan (K12, healthcare, factory/warehouse) Be meticulous about measuring relative success of different approaches (subject lines, messages, cadence, frequency, channel) and continuously refine the outbound approach to optimize time spend Tackle all inbound inquiries in your region Skills Passionate about engaging with new prospects and building demand for technology Ability to work closely with account executives to define territory plans Understanding of market landscape & threat climate in K12, Healthcare, and workplaces segments Ability to deliver compelling value propositions per vertical Skill in identifying security pain points and vetting prospects for potential fit Experience in lead qualification processes and relationship building with key Account Executives Ability to achieve monthly qualified meetings & sales opportunity generation goals Experience in pipeline management and data integrity within Salesforce.com CRM Ability to attend trade shows to engage with prospects and customers Deep understanding of the forces driving demand for weapons screening Ability to develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified sales opportunities Perceived as a demand generation leader in the territory Ability to partner with field marketing teams to drive successful live events Utilized as a resource for industry news, events, and developments within the sales territory Experience with prospecting tools (Sales Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, Hubspot, 6sense, phone calls) Ability to manage prospect pipeline and prioritize engaged end users in target ICPs Skill in having meaningful conversations about prospect's security concerns Ability to deliver highly qualified, end user opportunities according to qualification criteria Expertise in Salesforce and other productivity & enablement technology Ability to drive demand in key verticals as per the 2025 go to market plan Meticulous about measuring relative success of different approaches and refining outbound approach Ability to tackle all inbound inquiries in the region Benefits Competitive target bonus Equity Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview Evolve offers rental services for vacation with modern approach to hospitality and property.
