We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support operations and project management initiatives focused on outstanding invoicing processes and collection efforts. This role will play a key part in improving invoice accuracy, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall customer experience through cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead efforts related to outstanding invoicing and collections processes • Conduct weekly check-in meetings with Customer Success teams to: • Ensure invoice accuracy • Monitor payment status • Track and follow up on action items • Analyze and document end-to-end invoicing workflows • Identify process gaps and operational pain points impacting customers • Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce invoice disputes and delays • Lead workstreams to resolve root-cause issues • Partner with internal teams and customers to address invoice-related concerns • Understand and effectively use multiple tools and systems supporting invoicing operations • Ensure improvements result in a better customer experience and timely invoice resolution Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operations, finance, billing, or project management environments • Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, or collections processes • Experience leading cross-functional meetings and initiatives • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills What the Hiring Team Is Looking For • A self-driven Business Analyst who can take ownership of invoicing and process challenges • Someone who can coordinate across teams and manage multiple workstreams • A candidate focused on identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions • Strong leadership in facilitating meetings and driving action items to closure • A mindset centered on operational efficiency and customer experience improvement Apply tot his job
