Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language, utilizing a call flow guide to ensure consistency and quality. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A dedicated, quiet workspace at home that is free from distractions. The ability to multitask efficiently and navigate complex computer systems with ease.
