As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark to our customers, providing top-notch support and delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression. About the Role As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based customers who require assistance with their orders, deliveries, product inquiries, payment matters, and website guidance. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two customer interactions are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to problem-solve and provide personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns. Utilize various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance. Work in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old. The right to work in Colombia. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above. Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems. Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair. A minimum high-speed internet connection (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed) using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI). Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualities and skills will give you a competitive edge: A hard-working and detail-oriented approach to work. A friendly and customer-focused attitude in every situation. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. Comfort with multi-tasking in a high-energy environment. Previous customer service experience, although not necessary, is highly valued.
