About the Role: Partner Plan Administrator As a Partner Plan Administrator at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing experience design strategies that drive business results and create lasting connections with our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their DNA and business requirements to create tailored experience design pitches. Conceptualize and design innovative, layered experiences that drive business growth and customer engagement. Lead cross-functional creative discussions, leveraging design thinking to unlock new approaches to brand development. Collaborate with brand teams to define and implement experiential brand language through various materials, finishes, colors, and more. Own the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external partners. Demonstrate expertise in visual design elements, including typography, iconography, and layout techniques. Balance creative work with administrative tasks, managing projects effectively and efficiently. Expand your skill set by partnering with the right professionals and office assistants. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A four-year degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Brand Organizer or in a similar role at an agency or in-house design team. Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design capabilities and experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of digital design principles, including UX/UI guidelines and virtual entertainment representations. Familiarity with print production processes, color management, and pre-press techniques. Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications or courses in design and marketing are a plus. Experience with 3D rendering or prototyping tools is also desirable.
