Skills • Proven experience as a Behavioral Health Specialist or Clinical Social Worker in a clinic setting • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment • Strong understanding of health and patient care regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ethical compass and commitment to patient well-being • Positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine team spirit • Eagerness to continue learning and expanding your clinical expertise Responsibilities • Conduct initial assessments to understand patients’ mental health status and identify their specific treatment needs • Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans • Provide brief interventions, counseling, and psychoeducation to empower patients • Monitor patients’ progress and treatment adherence through regular follow-ups • Coordinate care transitions and referrals to specialized mental health services • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system • Participate in case load reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate with external mental health providers and community organizations • Adhere to the highest ethical and legal standards Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology or Psychology • Proven experience in the behavioral health field • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s Degree Experience Requirements • Proven experience as a Behavioral Health Specialist or Clinical Social Worker in a clinic setting • Residency in Arizona Why work in Scottsdale, AZ Scottsdale offers a stunning desert landscape, vibrant cultural scene, and a myriad of recreational activities.
