As a remote Data Entry Support Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, including: + Entering required grant data accurately into NRS to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines + Maintaining appropriate records and following required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data + Ensuring data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders * Completing regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting * Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines * Monitoring and evaluating student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments * Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities * Scanning documents, labeling items, and performing basic word processing tasks * Organizing digital files and materials, preparing mailings, and assisting with filing * Performing other assignments as required by the team **Qualifications** To be successful as a Data Entry Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High School diploma or GED required * Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including MS Office Software * Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software applications quickly * Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate effectively in a team environment * Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions and maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity **Physical Requirements** As a remote Data Entry Support Specialist, you will be working in a home-based office environment.
