Behavioral Health Coordinator - Aetna PA CHIP Program
About the position Responsibilities • Partnering with behavioral health providers and agencies to design and implement integrated care models within primary care, pediatric, and behavioral health practices. • Delivering education and technical assistance to support co-located physical and behavioral health programs, workflows, and operational integration. • Collaborating with providers to develop and execute Value-Based Contracts that improve quality outcomes and member experience. Requirements • Must reside in Pennsylvania. • Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health field with active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). • Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health, including direct work with children and families. • In-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania’s behavioral health service delivery system and transformation initiatives. • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with behavioral health providers and community agencies. • Ability to travel in state up to 50% for meetings with providers and members Nice-to-haves • Experience supervising or managing crisis services. • Background in managed care and behavioral health program development. • Familiarity with value-based care models and provider contracting.
