InstaHub is a Forbes-featured and award-winning startup. We’re on a mission to make buildings healthier and more efficient, tackling real-world challenges like health and climate change with the power of sensors and AI. Our team is fueled by passion, curiosity, and a shared purpose, creating a space where you can grow, learn, and make a real impact. We are seeking an experienced developer to... join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud engineering and software development, with expertise in AWS services and a proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and optimize full software applications, ensuring high availability and performance. We take a user-centric approach, actively gathering feedback from our existing users to shape our product roadmap and prioritize features that matter most. Our developers will receive ongoing input on their skills and performance, and we’re dedicated to fostering their growth through personalized training and mentorship opportunities. Our software leverages a wide array of sensors, including occupancy, CO2, air quality, environmental, temperature, and humidity sensors, to provide centralized insights through a user-friendly dashboard. We are agnostic to sensor types based on user needs and are committed to enhancing our anomaly detection AI features while developing APIs for integration with other user systems and control systems. We’re looking for candidates who are driven, resilient problem-solvers and critical thinkers. You should thrive in a collaborative environment, ready to contribute and learn, but confident enough to work independently without constant guidance. A strong sense of urgency to learn and grow is essential, as is a track record of building software features quickly and effectively. In our fast-paced startup environment, priorities can shift rapidly, so adaptability and focus are key. We’re here to support and mentor you, providing opportunities to accelerate your career and make an impact from day one.
