Responsibilities This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Broker based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Broker will support senior brokers in processing submissions, obtaining quotes, binding policies, and managing client relations. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining account documentation, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure seamless client services. The role requires attention to detail, timely communication, and teamwork to deliver excellent service to clients and carrier partners. Qualifications • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, documentation management, and adherence to deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, underwriters, and team members. • Understanding of insurance concepts and property and casualty insurance practices. Relevant experience in the insurance sector is preferred. • Proficiency with office software solutions such as Microsoft Office and other digital tools used for managing accounts and documents. • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to collaborate both in-office and remotely as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred. • Exceptional multitasking and analytical skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
