Animator / Motion Lead (3D) - AG24-188456911
Our client, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, is looking for a Animator / Motion Lead (3D) to join their team. The ideal candidate has the required technical skills, is comfortable leading a creative team and can working directly with the client to build their function from the group up. Start: ASAP Duration: 3-4 months, likely extend, 40 hrs / week Location: Remote, CT or EST time zone preferred. Responsibilities: - Work directly with the client to develop and lead strategy and execution of a digital asset library - Define the plan for this new capability + build out scalable 3D assets for omnichannel CPG campaigns supporting multiple brands - Establish best practices and workflows - Handle the creative work from concept to execution, including modeling, lighting, animating and rendering everything from photoreal product shots to complex simulations - Leverage and integrate AI tools to make the pipeline smarter and more efficient - Work within brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all assets - Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeline - Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently during review cycles Requirements: - 7+ years of animation / motion experience, ideally at a consulting firm or a large, matrixed organization - Portfolio with a clean, modern, elevated aesthetic that showcases 3D asset creation and clear use of animation tools - Previous experience with CPG / retail clients is a plus - Proficient in UnReal and Cinema4D - Proven experience with AI-assisted 3D workflows, generative models, text to 3D, etc. - Comfortable with stakeholder management, presenting creative ideas and creating "buy in" as needed - Self starter who can work in a collaborative environment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong storytelling ability and understanding of pacing, structure, and audio/visual synchronization - Ability to receive and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment with limited handholding In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
