Android Developer Needed – APK Loan App (Gallery, Camera, GPS, Contacts, Admin Sync)
We have an existing Android loan application distributed via APK only (no Google Play Store). Source code is available. We need an experienced Android developer to stabilize, fix permissions, and improve loan status synchronization between admin and customer app. Scope of Work 1. Permissions & Device Access (Must Work Across Phones) The app must reliably request and access the following: • Gallery (image selection and downloadable) • Camera (document capture) • GPS / location (viewable) • Contact list (viewable and downloadable) The app must work properly on Android 10–16, including all Android devices. Handling runtime permissions and vendor-specific issues is required. ⸻ 2. Loan Status & Repayment Logic (Core Feature) We have: • Admin side / backend (or admin app / panel) • Customer Android app Required behavior: • When admin approves a loan, the customer app updates automatically to show: • Approved loan amount • Total repayment amount • Remaining balance • Repayment schedule (if applicable) • When a repayment is recorded: • Remaining loan balance decreases accordingly • Updated balance is reflected in real time or on app refresh • Payment history is visible to the customer Backend integration or API work may be required (details will be shared). ⸻ 3.
