Analyst (Management Consulting) - Active Top Secret Clearance Required

The Analyst role involves supporting the development of deliverables, conducting research, and assisting in client meetings to ensure high client satisfaction. Responsibilities Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables Support the design, coordination, and logistics of external and internal meetings Own knowledge capture responsibility during internal and external client meetings; occasionally co-facilitate internal and external client meetings Support and/or lead research, data gathering, and analysis to inform the development of client recommendations and solutions; clearly synthesize and present results Contribute to proposal development efforts Showcase critical thinking skills to evaluate needs, make initial recommendations, and partner with team members to refine thinking and approaches to client challenges Gain a fundamental understanding of change management consulting and The Clearing's methods, techniques, and tools Skills Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (or have had one within the past two years) Bachelor's degree 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a professional services or client-facing environment Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the surrounding DC and Baltimore metro areas; occasional travel outside of these regions could be expected (5%) Critical thinking/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization and time-management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills Flexible and adaptable mindset to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-stakes client environments Change management Strategic planning Strategic communication Program management Organizational design experience PMP and/or Change Management certification (ex.
