ServiceLink is a company in the closing management industry, and they are seeking a NationalLink Scheduler to manage the scheduling of signing agents. The role involves ensuring timely completion of scheduling requests, contracting signing agents, and confirming appointments. Responsibilities Review Work In Progress (WIP) to ensure timely completion of scheduling requests Schedule a minimum of 30 orders in an 8 hour day (3.75 average per hour) on a consistent basis Locate and contract approved signing agents to secure their services, including verifying fees Continuously monitor and renegotiate signing agent fees and attempt to reduce costs Explain company policies and procedures to signing agents Confirm closing appointments with signing agents, borrowers & clients Respond to email and phone calls promptly during normal business hours Conduct business in a professional and courteous manner at all time, adhering to organizational and departmental policies and procedures Attend and participate in team meetings All other duties as assigned Skills High School diploma or equivalent Able to communicate professionally both verbally and through email with vendors, borrowers, clients and within the organization Proven customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines Basic knowledge of personal computer operation Typing and data entry skills Must be able to type 30-35 wpm with 95% accuracy Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Prior work experience within real estate industry and/or in vendor management Basic understanding of real estate titles and closing procedures Company Overview ServiceLink offers asset management, insurance, and mortgage loan services.
