Job Summary As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing and transforming commercial enterprise needs into actionable insights. You will work closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture business requirements, and leverage voice of the purchaser methods to inform data-driven decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and building robust records model architecture, developing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, and providing pointers to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs and transform them into actionable insights. Develop and maintain robust records model architecture to support data processing and standardized metric definitions. Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide pointers to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Conduct consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, and testing and building automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual obligations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-finish technique. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
