Helping with external and internal maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues. Completing special tasks and projects as assigned. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Walgreens, you will need: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technology. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with Walgreens.
