About the Role: American Express Customer Service Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a work-from-home Member Concierge Professional. As a key ambassador for American Express, you'll work closely with our customers to provide personalized support, address their queries, and offer tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to Card Members, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits, card activations, and concierge services. Proactively recommend customized products and services that align with Card Members' preferences and needs. Collaborate with luxury lifestyle partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, providing unparalleled support and expertise. Build strong relationships with Card Members, providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize various tools and channels to communicate with clients, including Microsoft Office applications and other critical systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay informed about Centurion benefits, products, and current promotions, making recommendations that enhance the Card Member experience. Work closely with other customer service representatives and portfolio managers to gain insights into Card Members' profiles, preferences, and history. Implement and adhere to security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of Card Member information. Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries. Lift packages or other items, as needed, to support the delivery of exceptional service. Requirements and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering premium customer service, preferably in luxury lifestyle settings, such as high-end hotels, restaurants, or personal concierge services. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications, and other critical tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift packages or other items, as needed.
