Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Perform Teller Transactions: Process transactions, handle customer accounts, and maintain accurate records. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives. Maintain Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Continuously Learn and Improve: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in banking systems and technology. Preferred Qualifications: Banking Experience: Experience working in a banking environment, or a related field. Financial Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide solutions. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
