Job Description We are an established CPG company expanding into a new product line and are experiencing account-level issues in Amazon Seller Central that require an experienced consultant to diagnose and resolve. Specifically, we are dealing with: FBM shipping not fully enabled Active listings that are not buyable or indexed Inability to access Shipping Settings (Invalid Access error) Conflicting guidance from Amazon support and multiple escalations ------ We are not looking for basic listing optimization, keyword research, or VA support. We need a senior-level Amazon Seller Central consultant who understands account-level configuration, selling plan setup, shipping settings, and backend Amazon workflows. What We Need Help With: Diagnosing Seller Central account configuration issues Confirming correct selling plan status and feature access Resolving Shipping Settings / shipping template access problems Advising on proper Amazon-side escalation and wording Ensuring FBM buyability and indexing are correctly enabled Providing guidance on best practices for compliant category setup This is a consulting and troubleshooting role, not execution-heavy.
