Prepare and generate reports based on entered data for management review, utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills. Requirements To succeed as a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
