Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the Office of Data Analytics. The role involves organizing meetings, coordinating with staff, developing communication materials, managing budgets, and representing the program at public meetings. Responsibilities Organizes and supports virtual and in-person meetings and events with internal and external partners; prepares meeting notes, maintains project trackers, and provides support to the Director as needed Coordinates with contract staff and CHFS technology personnel to address operational needs, including communication support and minor technical assistance Develops and drafts messaging, correspondence, presentation slides, marketing materials, and other communication tools for administrators, partners, and the public Assists with the distribution of materials and manages inventory of equipment, supplies, and resources, including requisitions and deliveries Monitors budget status and assists with internal adjustment recommendations to maintain compliance with approved allocations Prepares informational presentations and represents the program at meetings with organizations, stakeholders, and the public Skills Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree One year of professional, administrative, or business experience Strong written and oral communication skills Relationship building Experience with Powerpoint Advanced Microsoft Excel Comfort with learning new technology Flexibility, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Company Overview Commonwealth of Kentucky offers employees on-the-job training and online professional development.
