Burlington Stores, Inc. is a rapidly growing brand seeking a Fixture Purchasing Coordinator responsible for purchasing fixtures and graphics for new stores and capital projects. The role involves managing the purchase order process, collaborating with execution teams, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure effective inventory tracking and availability. Responsibilities Store level fixture and graphics buying for all New Stores and Capital Projects. Manages the entire PO (Purchase Order) release process: creation, review, and reconciliation Creates and maintains spread sheets to track all fixture spending, inventories and roll out by location Collaborate with New Store and Capital Project Execution Teams to purchase/release fixture and graphics requests, provide accurate inventory information and support needs for all store openings and capital projects Develops effective vendor relationships by providing performance feedback and communicating and enforcing Burlington service level expectations Partners with 3PL to determine the most efficient method to ship and track all purchased fixtures and furniture Effectively track and monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and availability Skills 1+ years of experience in buying or retail store management Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle Strong business math skills for purchase order (PO) tracking, budgeting, and cost expense management Associate degree or equivalent work experience Experience with retail fixtures Benefits Medical, dental and vision coverage including life and disability insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) plan Flexible hours Associate discount Company Overview Burlington Stores, Inc., headquartered in New Jersey, is a nationally recognized off-price retailer.
