Title: Administrative Assistant 3 Location: WA-Redmond Remote Contract/Temporary Job Description: Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant working in Redmond, WA (Remote) Location: PST or MST Time Zones (Preference for PST Pay rate: $32/ Hour Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm About the Role We’re hiring a Administrative Assistant to support three legal leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll be part of a legal operations team that ensures smooth day-to-day functioning for leadership and their teams. What You’ll Do Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones. Prepare and manage PowerPoint decks for leadership presentations. Organize networking sessions and facilitate Microsoft Teams breakout rooms. Handle aliases, security groups, org charts, and onboarding logistics (equipment, peripherals). Assist with purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with outside counsel to set up legal matters. Oversee Rhythm of Business (ROB) scheduling and tracking. Book domestic and international travel for legal leads. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5–7 years in administrative roles, preferably in legal or corporate settings. Education: Degree preferred. Location: Must reside in PST or MST time zones (PST preferred). Availability: Must be available for the full 18-month contract. Preferred Skills Strong communication and attention to detail. Experience supporting multiple leaders with varying needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Event planning and travel booking experience. Familiarity with ROB (Rhythm of Business) processes. Budgeting and PO assistance is a plus.
