Job Description: • Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for real-time Unity projects • Create high-quality props, environments, and scenes with strong composition • Configure materials, lighting, shaders, and VFX directly inside Unity • Ensure assets meet performance standards and are game-ready • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to achieve visual goals • Maintain art libraries and naming conventions for efficient pipelines Requirements: • Proven 3D modeling and texturing skills (portfolio required) • Proficiency in Blender/Maya/3ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop • Hands-on Unity experience: materials, lighting, and optimization • Understanding of topology, UVs, and PBR texturing • Good eye for form, color, and atmosphere • Reliable, communicative, and self-organized in a remote setup • Experience with ZBrush, trim sheets, or foliage workflows (Nice to Have) • Interest in VFX, shaders, or animation (Nice to Have) Benefits: • Work globally – Be part of a diverse, international team. • Creative ownership – You’ll directly shape how our games look and feel. • Room to grow – Learn new skills (VFX, shaders, animation) while contributing your strengths. • Impact – See your work come alive in titles played by millions of people Apply tot his job
