As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for driving steady income growth, utilizing your expertise in data entry, business analysis, and customer relationship management. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a subject matter expert for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for arenaflex, utilizing your expertise in data entry, business analysis, and customer relationship management. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex. * With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of achieving the highest margin and yield possible in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management team to ensure exceptional entries are recorded as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
