2d animator for history video

Hey there! I am looking for a talented 2d animator to create my new video in the style of the Youtuber "Oversimplified". All designs (backgrounds, characters, maps and other items) and the corresponding voice over will be provided to you. The total length of the video that would need to be animated is about 8 minutes. You can find the video's script with the detailed requirements and some actual video examples attached to this job post (see the initial notes of the PDF document for this). Here are a few points that are extremely important to me for the video in general though: - most background scenes should have some minor animated details, mostly things like some birds flying in the sky or clouds slowly moving to make the scenes feel more alive (is described in the script in each scene where it is necessary) - in character dialogues, the characters should move more (they have 2 arms) and constantly move their bodies/heads and arms to underline what they are saying; as well as frequent (and changing) interactive facial expressions - the camera movements should be frequent and engaging (i.e the camera is not really stationary). Concrete examples of all of these things can be found attached in the script as well. Changes that are not explicitly stated as such in the script may need to be made as you animate the different scenes if necessary as it is sometimes a bit hard to exactly write in a script what you are imagining the final video to look like.
