M&A Onboarding Specialist
Desired Outcome To onboard at least one qualified company every month, for each acquirer you represent. Main Responsibilities • Works between 10am and 6pm EST. • Embraces all of Elkridge Advisors’ Core Values. • Has a mindset of self-sustainability, single-handedly finding solutions to issues. • Uses Alvanda.com and other tools to keep track of all tasks and stakeholders. • Acts as a point of contact for all clients they have been made responsible for and sends weekly updates to each client on their project(s) status. • Conducts monthly Client Satisfaction Calls (CSCs) with each client to assess their satisfaction with Elkridge Advisors’ services. • Pulls valuable lessons from CSCs and ensures those lessons are both (a) shared with the team and (b) clearly documented to improve our services. • Attains and keeps current a deep understanding of every aspect of Elkridge Advisor’s M&A and Customer Success Departments. • Ensures all Service Level Agreements are met, identifies SLA improvement areas, and suggests process improvements. • Ensures all Sellers are taken to a signed LOI swiftly and professionally. • Draft LOIs from our templates for each seller and send them for review. • Identifies workflow improvement areas and suggests process improvements. • Creates SOPs according to findings, suggestions, and feedback. • Ensures the correct implementation and/or consistent adherence of SOPs. • Ensures each stakeholder access to the tools, folders, and data they need. Key Performance Indicators The KPIs by which your performance will be determined. Measured weekly. • # of Companies Progressed Towards LOI • # of Days From Interest to LOI • # of Recorded Testimonials Gathered Resources • A Google Workplace account and an @elkridgeadvisors.com email address. • Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Group Operations Manuals. • Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Google Drive Acquisition Operations Folders, and eventually online Acquisition CRM and software (Alvanda.com). • Access to all relevant chat and other communication channels. Benefits • A stable monthly income of $3,000 - $5,000 per month. • This includes bonuses for performance specific to this role, such as: • $500 for each qualified deal correctly taken to signed LOI • Elkridge Advisors reserves the right to make changes to bonus structures later on, however will notify affected personnel before changes take place. • Significant lead flow generated by Elkridge Advisors. • M&A Specialists with a cumulative track record of over $1Billion as mentors. • As your competence grows, you will be able to manage more acquisitions and be able to deliver increasingly better outcomes. Your income will keep growing without an upper limit. • Must be a US citizen and/or be a native US-speaker, but can work from anywhere on the planet. • Enjoys flexible vacation days to take breaks whenever needed.
