YouTube Channel Manager / Growth Strategist (True Crime, Aviation & Geopolitics) - Contract to Hire

Hello, We are a growing YouTube automation brand looking to partner with a highly experienced YouTube Channel Manager / Growth Strategist to manage, scale, and monetize our existing True Crime YouTube channel, and help us launch and grow two additional channels in the Aviation & Combat and Geopolitics niches. This is not a short-term gig. We are intentionally looking for a long-term collaborator who understands YouTube deeply and is confident in building channels that generate consistent views, watch time, and revenue. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing and scaling an existing True Crime YouTube channel Developing growth strategies to improve: Views Watch time Click-through rate (CTR) Monetization Overseeing the end-to-end YouTube automation workflow, including: Content planning Topic & competitor research Script direction (or optimization) Thumbnails & titles strategy Upload consistency and optimization Helping launch and grow two new channels in: Aviation & Combat Geopolitics Analyzing performance using YouTube Analytics and adjusting strategy accordingly Emulating and improving upon proven competitor channels we will provide Who We’re Looking For Proven experience managing and growing faceless or automated YouTube channels Strong understanding of: YouTube SEO Audience retention Thumbnail psychology Viral topic research Experience working within True Crime, Aviation/Military, or Geopolitics niches is a major plus Strategic thinker who understands YouTube as a business, not a hobby Excellent communication skills and reliability Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results Important Notes Please do not apply if you are a beginner or have no real YouTube growth experience.
