Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Support Representative, your role will be to provide high-quality support to our customers across various communication channels. Your extensive responsibilities will include: Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner, guiding customers through their questions and concerns with patience and clarity. Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions, troubleshooting issues related to flight reservations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other travel-related matters. Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, loyalty programs, and other services, serving as a knowledgeable resource to help customers with everything from changing their flight to understanding their benefits. Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity and high quality of service. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.
