Technical Requirements: Use a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to ensure seamless communication and data processing. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively. High Call Volume Handling: Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality and efficiency. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business needs. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Windows operating systems and capable of typing at least 25 words per minute. Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Age and Attendance: At least 18 years of age with a record of predictable and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in tax, healthcare, or automotive industries, is highly valued. Sales and Service Experience: For the Automotive Sales & Service Representative role, experience in sales and customer service is preferred. Recent UMA Graduates: For the Healthcare Customer Service Representative role, recent graduates from UMA are encouraged to apply.
