Position: Full-Time Webflow Developer | Remote | Startup Environment Full-Time Webflow Developer | Remote | Startup Environment Company: Upstack Data Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 USD/mo About Upstack Data: We're a customer identity resolution platform helping marketing teams connect ad spend to actual customer behavior. We're a small but fast-growing bootstrapped SaaS company based in the USA with a fully remote team. About the role: Join our small, fast-moving startup team managing websites for Upstack Data (SaaS platform for e-commerce attribution) and DTC Growth Summit (events and marketing). We need someone who can hit the ground running and own our web presence. What You'll Do: • Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow + Untitled UI components • Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS structures • Integrate third-party tools and APIs (Stripe, Klaviyo, analytics platforms) • Optimize for performance, SEO, and conversion • Move fast and wear multiple hats in a lean startup environment • Work directly with founders on strategic web initiatives • Available for 4-5 hours overlap with US Eastern timezone (typically 2pm-10pm Eastern European time) Requirements: • 4+ years of Webflow development experience with live portfolio (required) • Proven experience building with Untitled UI component library (required) • Proven experience with SaaS marketing websites • Proven experience with Webflow e-commerce • Proven experience with landing pages • Deep knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code • Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy in a startup setting • Excellent communication for remote collaboration • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Bonus: • Experience with Client-First framework • E-commerce integrations background • Marketing website / landing page • To Apply: Send portfolio with 3+ live Webflow projects.
