In the Web Development Intern position, you’ll collaborate with web developers, engineers and architects to build innovative web and server-based solutions that solve real customer problems while gaining hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities Design and deliver web solutions that solve real customer problems while driving strategic business outcomes Assist in building web applications enhanced with AI, such as image-based tools and automation frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test scalable web solutions Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and practices Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups Skills Enrolled in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering degree program, with expected graduation in December 2027 or later Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) Demonstrated basic knowledge of databases and SQL Ability to work part time (15–20 hours/week) during the school year and full time (40 hours/week) during the summer Applies AI and Technology - Identifies opportunities to boost efficiency and add value using AI and tech. Embraces and applies digital innovations and tech solutions to build business Solves Problems - Uses technology and sharp logic to craft inventive solutions to complex issues, digging deep to tackle root causes.
