Web and Backend Engineer – Ad Products • *W2 Contract, min of 6 months** • *REMOTE, out of San Francisco, CA/Bay Area or PST ** Target W2 $75-80/hr In this role, you will contribute to the development of a range of advertising products, including Video ads, Showcase ads, and Quiz ads, as well as enhance tools that streamline ad management—making creation and editing more seamless for our partners. Your work will help partners reach users with inspirational and actionable content. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, and develop a broad understanding of our ads system and experimentation framework to build high-quality products and systems. What You’ll Do • Contribute to the development and enhancement of ad formats – video, premier, spotlight, showcase, quiz, as well as enhance tools that streamline ads management. • Web Development using Javascript and Backend development in Python and Java. • Both enhance existing products, and build products from scratch. • Join the mission to drive advertiser outcomes with creative and performant ads that inspire users to take action. What You Bring • 7+ years of experience in Backend and Web development • Python, Java, JavaScript • Strong cross collaboration with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, Product Managers and more. • Ideal candidates will have experience in Social Media Ads Platform development. • Experience in experimentation for data insights a bonus. • Bachelor or Master degree preferred Apply tot his job
